Sreality, idnes, Bazos: which has the most listings?

Czech property listings are split across half a dozen big portals. Here's how they stack up — and why no single one shows you the whole market.

· 4 min read

If you are searching for property in Czechia, you have probably opened several of these already. None of them, on its own, shows you the whole market — and that is the whole point.

The big Czech sources, by volume

Based on what Landomo currently tracks across the Czech market, the largest sources of active listings are, roughly:

  • idnes Reality — the biggest single source, with well over 100,000 active listings.
  • Realingo and Sreality — each in the tens of thousands.
  • Bazos — the classifieds heavyweight; huge reach, more variable listing quality.
  • Ceskereality — another solid tens-of-thousands source.
  • Bezrealitky — smaller, but valued for its owner-direct (no-agency) listings.

The catch: heavy overlap

These portals do not hold separate markets — they hold overlapping ones. The same house is frequently listed on idnes, Sreality and an agency site at once. Search them one by one and you compare the same property three times without noticing; miss one portal and you miss whatever is exclusive to it.

What an aggregator changes

  • Reads all the major Czech portals, so nothing is left out.
  • Merges duplicate listings — one property, one entry.
  • Lines up price, size and price-per-m² the same way regardless of source.
  • Tracks price drops over time so you spot the movers.

Use the individual portals for the final step — contacting the seller on the source listing. Use Landomo for everything before that.
